ATTENTION: Court mail service fees for mailing physical copies of court documents through the U.S. Postal Service will rise starting July 14. The new rates will match recent increases to mailing fees made by the USPS itself. These changes are only for physical mail service and do not affect electronic service of documents.
The new fees include:
Petition to Shield Records from Public Disclosure (Idaho Supreme Court Website)
Starting Jan. 1, 2024, the Clean Slate Act will allow people convicted of certain nonviolent, non-assaultive offenses to ask a court to shield their cases from public view. The Clean Slate Act can be found in Idaho Code section 67-3004(11).
